Applicant and admin journeys were cluttered and inconsistent, slowing hiring teams down. Rather than patch individual screens, I rebuilt the flow around a single clear path per user type, cutting prescreening time by 80% and lifting client retention to 85%.

Admins had no way to see training progress without chasing employees directly, every status check meant a follow-up message. Instead of adding more notifications, I designed a single dashboard admins could scan on their own, cutting follow-ups across a system used by 0.6M+ users.

Mastrainers is a course-selling platform I designed 0-to-1, now live, serving both individual learners & enterprise clients. I designed both sides: a learner dashboard for browsing, purchasing, and completing courses, and a full admin CRUD toolset for managing courses, learners, and verification. Built across three iterations, the platform covers authentication, Stripe payments, dual grid/list browsing, and a certificate system that unlocks on completion.
